Thank you for inviting me to UNAM and allocating time for discussions and tours.

I am impressed with the speed that the Center has formed. The dedication of the personnel, the level of activity I witnessed and the excitement seen on the faces of the students and researchers have truly took me by surprise. I was also amazed at the long term vision coupled with inclusiveness and multidisciplinary nature of the mission.

As the Director of the Nanotechnology Research and Teaching Center (NanoFab) at University of Texas at Arlington, I find several aspects common between our centers for technical topics as well as vision and mission. I would be very interested in starting collaborative efforts, exchange programs and technical workshops between NanoFab and UNAM.
