Current Research

Our lab was established in 2010. Our focus is finding sustainable solutions to problems in food engineering and agriculture through nanobiotechnology, genetic engineering and molecular biology. Currently, there are 6 graduate students and a postdoctoral fellow working coming from food engineering, plant biology, and molecular biology backgrounds.
